Privacy policy

embedlabs-mcp is a local program. It runs on your machine, as a process started by your MCP client or as the bud and bloom commands you run, and has no EmbedLabs service behind it. The policy is also published at embedlabs.net/privacy.

• Data collected: none by EmbedLabs. No telemetry, analytics or crash reporting.
• Data used: the BUD_* and BLOOM_* settings or local browser credentials you configure, and the Bud and Bloom data your account can access.
• Where data goes: requests go only to the Bud and Bloom URLs you configure. Tool results go to your MCP client, and from there to the AI model provider your client uses, under that client’s terms.
• Storage: environment tokens and passwords stay in memory for the life of the process. Browser sign-in keeps each profile’s name and URL in the private credentials file and its tokens in the system credential store (or that file where no store exists) until you sign out.
• Sharing: none with EmbedLabs or any third party.
