Codex

Codex reads ~/.codex/config.toml. env_vars passes the named variables from the environment Codex runs in:

[mcp_servers.embedlabs]
command = "npx"
args = ["-y", "embedlabs-mcp@0.1.0"]
env_vars = ["BLOOM_URL", "BUD_URL"]

Export BUD_URL and BLOOM_URL in the shell that starts Codex, then ask it to sign in.
